Services we offer
What Live-In Care Includes
Live-in care provides 24/7 support from a dedicated caregiver who lives in your home, assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility, and personal care. Caregivers offer companionship through conversation, social activities, and meaningful engagement, along with meal preparation tailored to dietary needs, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe, comfortable home. Non-medical medication reminders and continuous supervision reduce fall risks and accidents to ensure the safety of your loved one around the clock.
Live-In Lite
Our live-in caregivers are skilled professionals who stay in the client’s home to provide personalized support during at all times during the day. This service is not intended for round-the-clock supervision; caregivers need uninterrupted time to rest and recharge, with a private and comfortable space for sleep.
While caregivers are available for occasional nighttime assistance, situations and unique cases that require frequent overnight care can affect their alertness and safety. In these cases, we offer another specialized service called Live-in Lite, where a second caregiver provides temporary night time support in place of the first caregiver at an hourly rate, ensuring the first or primary caregiver gets enough rest to resume their duties. Our case managers coordinate closely with families and caregivers to determine when this option is necessary.
Live-in services are flexible and can be paused or canceled with 24 hours’ notice. Fees include the caregiver’s services, ongoing care coordination from our case manager.
What Timed Hourly Service Includes
Hourly care provides flexible, professional support tailored to your needs, with a minimum of six hours per visit. Caregivers assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, and personal care, while offering companionship through conversation and meaningful activities. Services also include meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and non-medical medication reminders. Caregivers help maintain a safe, comfortable environment, supporting your loved one’s well-being and independence during each visit.
Our hourly caregivers provide flexible support for a minimum of six hours up to a full 12-hour shift, depending on the client’s needs.
Schedules are customized to match each client’s routine and preferences. For clients requiring around-the-clock care, two caregivers can alternate 12-hour shifts, and additional caregivers may be scheduled as needed to ensure full coverage throughout the week.
Hourly care can be adjusted or paused at any time with 24 hours’ notice. Rates cover the caregiver’s services, oversight by a clinical case manager.
What Medically Complex Care Includes
Medically Complex Care provides high-priority, specialized support for clients with serious health needs. This service is delivered by highly trained caregivers who offer 5-star, personalized care designed to promote comfort, dignity, and safety at home. Because of the advanced level of attention and expertise required, this option can be more costly, but ensures exceptional focus on the client’s well-being.
Medically Complex Care naturally includes all packages and standard services from Live-in Care and Hourly Care.
POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL EXPENSES AND FEES.
Meals
Clients may provide meals for caregivers by welcoming them into their usual dining schedule, or meals can be covered with a minimal extra charge..
Mileage
If a caregiver uses their own car for client services, the client will be charged at the IRS standard mileage rate. No fee is added if the caregiver uses the client’s vehicle. Clients should verify with their auto insurance that coverage extends to additional drivers.
Holidays
Holidays eligible for time-and-a-half pay are Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), and Labor Day.
Holidays eligible for double-time pay include Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
